Dearest Karen, I’ve only just come back down to earth. It was truly the most magical day.
My only regret was that I didn’t get to eat as much as I would have liked to. I was just so caught up in everything else. But I heard soooooo many great things about the food. People RAVED about it. Thank you SO much for your efforts over the past few months and the week leading up when we had to change it all. You were an absolute champion and handled it all with such grace. You made it completely stress free for us when I’m sure you were having sleepless nights.
