My only regret was that I didn’t get to eat as much as I would have liked to. I was just so caught up in everything else. But I heard soooooo many great things about the food. People RAVED about it. Well bloody done Karen. A huge achievement that you pulled off last night. Everyone raving about the feast. Calling for who did the fabulous catering. So impressive it really was. The principal passenger did say when she sighted the boxes ‘that they look nice’ so I am sure they were well accepted. The feedback I had was around it being lovely and hearty for the cold weather, but also that it felt like a really complete meal – because there was the soup component with the onions and the delicious bread, and then the chicken salad. Hi Karen, the food was beautiful and all of it went, no one knew it was all gluten free, thank you, everyone loved it. I really liked the lettuce cups with the avocado & meat they were lovely, the chocolate always goes and those little chocolate cakes didn’t last long either!

Karen , thank you so very much for Saturday night – the food and presentation was simply fantastic . The food was absolutely delicious – it all went bar a few potatoes and some chocolate mousse. Your staff person was wonderful . This was the first dinner ever I sat down and talked to my guests – it was such a treat for me. I will definitely see you in the future.
