Well bloody done Karen. A huge achievement that you pulled off last night. Everyone raving about the feast. Calling for who did the fabulous catering. So impressive it really was. It looked so beautiful all plated up. I have to admit I was so preoccupied with getting the wheels running smoothly that I was unable to savour it all enough but I keep thinking of those dishes and wanting second dibs.

It’s almost wasted having such food with so many distractions but really you should hear the feed back. Your ears should be burning. Hope your enjoying a deserved day or two off.With great admiration. x
